✅ Watering plants and sweeping leaves (only if there's enough time remaining)

Terms of Service
⚠️ Does not include laundry, moving furniture, and outside areas (gardening, and cleaning animal waste)
⚠️ Does not include cleaning at high areas that has climbing as it may impose danger to the health and life of the provider
⚠️ In the case of a customer booking a service that does not match the job needed, providers have the right to cancel the job and customers agree to pay 200 baht to the providers as transportation coverage
Bank transfer : The system will refund back within 3-5 working days.
Credit card : The system will refund back to your credit card within 30-60 days or the next bill, depending on your bank.
Debit card : The system will refund back to your credit card within 45-60 days, depending on your bank.
More than 24 hr. : 5% fee
More than 12 hr., but within 24 hr. : 50% fee
Less than 12 hr. : 100% fee (no refund)
More than 24 hr. : No fee
More than 12 hr., but within 24 hr. : ฿200 fee
Less than 12 hr. : Full price or cannot reschedule
When system is unable to find providers
Customer needs to contact us on Line: @seekster to:
1. Get a full refund
• In case a customer would like to use their own cleaning detergents please let the providers know
• In case a customer would like to add an extra hour, this will cost 150 baht per additional hour (providers have the right to decline the request due to the conflict of other bookings)

• Condo/Apartment may need an authorization from the building juristic person. Some buildings also might not allow outsiders to go up after 5 p.m. If the service providers have arrived and cannot provide service, the customer has to pay 200 baht travel fee to the service provider
🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.
🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, the customer must inform customer service within 24 hours. The customer must prepare the damage claim document as follows:
1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item.
2. Image of damaged items caused by providers.
