The system will refund back within 3-5 working days.

Credit card

The system will refund back to your credit card within 30-60 days or the next bill, depending on your bank.

Debit card

The system will refund back to your credit card within 45-60 days, depending on your bank.

When the system is unable to find providers

Customer needs to contact us on Line: @seekster to:1. Get a full refund.Or2. Reschedule.

• Condo/Apartment may need authorization from juristic person. In some buildings, the technicians also aren't allowed to do any work past 5 PM. If the service provider has arrived and cannot provide service, the customer has to pay the commuting fee to the service provider of 200 THB. 

• May need to use the toilet or the washing area to wash dirt stains during the service.

• If an air conditioner has any problems that occur after finishing an air conditioner cleaning within 30 days, please contact admin at 02-0803939 press 0 or 1.

In a case that provider causes any damages during service

🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.

🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, customer must inform our Customer Service via Line: @seekster within 24 hours.

The customer must prepare the damage-claim documents as follows:

1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item. 

2. Photo(s) of damaged items caused by providers.

Valuable items missing

Please keep all your valuable items hidden. Seekster has a policy to background-check all of the providers before onboarding them on our system. Seekster will not be held accountable for any losses of customer's valuable items in any cases.

1. Turn on air conditioner to check the primary usage
2. Check and investigate the position of air conditioner circuit breaker
3. Use clear plastic to cover furniture and equipment in the working area
4. Remove the air conditioner cover
5. Wrap the air conditioner with clear plastic
6. Spray the disinfectant on the fan coil panel
7. Wash the fan coil with a high-pressure water pump and clean the water pipes and tray
8. Clean the air filter
9. Dry the cold coils and air-conditioning equipment with a blower to cool the coils before assembling the fan coils.
10. Reassemble the device as before
11. Check the tightness of the air conditioner
12. Check electrical system
13. Take a photo to confirm the completion of the operation (after washing)

1 Install scaffolding or stairs in the area where the condensing unit is placed

2 Check the power system and equipment

3 cut off electricity

4 Wash the condenser with a high-pressure water pump

5 Use a blower to blow the condenser until dry and assemble the condenser

6 Check the operation of the condenser

7 Pull down scaffolding or store equipment used for rising

8 Take a photo to confirm the completion of the operation (after washing)
