✅ Cleaning areas are living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common area.
✅ All sweeping, mopping, remove trash, clean indoor glass and window.
✅ Dusting shelve, damp wiping, and putting things in order. (As per requested)
✅ Change bedding and make bed.
✅ Dishwashing, clean the kitchen sink and fridge. (As per requested)
✅ Watering plants and sweeping leaves (Only enough time remains)
💡 If you require floor polishing, deep stain cleaning, after construction cleaning/renovation or non-stay place over 2 months please select the Big Cleaning
Terms of service
⚠️ Does not include laundry or clothes drying, moving furniture, and outside areas. (gardening, and disposal of animal waste)
⚠️ Does not include cleaning at high areas, climbing, or may impose danger to the health and life of the provider.
⚠️ In the case of a customer requesting services that does not match scope of work for the selected service in the application, providers have the right to cancel the job and customer agree to pay 200 Baht to the provider as transportation coverage.
• In case a customer would like to use their own detergents please let the providers know.
• In case a customer would like to add an extra hour, this will cost 150 Baht per additional hour. (providers have the right to refuse the request due to the conflict of other bookings)

• Condo/Apartment may need authorization from jurastic person including some property, the outsider would not allow to go up the building after 5 p.m. If the service providers has arrived and cannot provide service. The customer has to pay the commute fee to the service provider 200 baht.
🔉 Insurance coverage for damages up to 20,000 baht.
🔉 In the case of damages due to the action of providers, the customer must inform customer service within 24 hours. The customer must prepare the damage claim document as follows:
1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that shows the value of the damaged item.
2. Image of damaged items caused by providers.
