- Our providers strive and intend to service our customers. For the customers’ good experience, all of the providers have been through screening, training and criminal background checking.
- We focus on customers' confidence, with actual insurance coverage up to 20,000 baht for individual customers and 50,000 baht for business customers or annual contract.
- Need more information or have any question about services, customers can contact Seekster via chat on the application "Contact Us" icon or other Seekster social media (working hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM).
- Damage insurance covers services which are booked on Seekster only, not cover any damage that customers contact with service providers outside the platform.
- If the customers find any damage due to the actions of the service providers, the customer must inform to customer service within 24 hours. The customer must prepare the damage claim document as follows:
1. Receipt of damaged items or evidence that show the value of damaged item.
2. Image of damaged items caused by service providers.

- Damage insurance covers the services as follow: cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, air conditioner installation or relocation, air conditioner repairing, ironing, washing machine cleaning, gardening and landscaping, pest control, plumbing.
- For the following services, customers can get details in "services conditions" of each service (laundry delivery, car wash, bed deep cleaning(dust mite), sofa dust mite cleaning, curtain cleaning).
